This “Cathedral Window” is an old pattern that was usually known as a "pattern that was always done by hand". 2 Sisters Quilting Creations has developed a new stitching technique that is done entirely with your sewing machine. This "Quilt As You Go" technique is truly an "easy for beginners" pattern. The only hand work you may want to do is the hemming of the binding at the end of the project.We have also included a "potholder pattern" that allows you to make one 6-1/2" square first to learn the technique and become comfortable with it.
These sample pictures show that your fabric color choices of the Cathedral Windows pattern design is limited only to your imagination. Experiment and have fun with it.
